1.1 Currently I only ship to the United Kingdom (UK).
1.2 I am strongly commited to ensuring that your goods are with you as soon as possible via Royal Mail.
1.3 As this is currently a 1 man operation you will need to allow up to 2 days for your item to be dispatched.
1.4 Delivery times can also vary depending on your local mail provider but below are estimated delivery times (excluding up to 2 days dispatch time):

– 1st Class (Signed For): 1 Day
1.5 Delivery Costs will vary depending on the size of artwork or product you have purchased. Below are the shipping costs for various print and product sizes:
– A6 1st Class : £1.50
– A6 2nd Class : £1.00
– A6 1st Class (signed for) : £2.00
– A4 1st Class : £1.50
– A4 2nd Class : £1.00
– A4 1st Class (signed for) : £2.50
– A3 1st Class : £3.50
– A3 2nd Class : £3.00
– A3 1st Class (signed for) : £4.50
– Tote Bags 1st Class : £3.50

1.6 If you purchase more than 1 size of print or product you will be charged the shipping rate for the largest item.
2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Due to the size of my store, returns, refunds, discounts and exchanges are not currently guaranteed and will be subject to individual circumstances.
2.2 If you have an issue with an item please contact me at email@example.com so that we can come to a resolution.
2.3 If you have recieved a different item than the one you ordered I will happily send out the correct item free of charge.
2.4 I will not accept responsibility for an item that has been damaged or lost as a reult of the postal service. All items will be packaged with great care to ensure they arrive to you safely. If you suspect an item has been damaged in transit please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can work to resolve the issue.
2.5 Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly during the checkout process, I will ship to the address you give me and will not be responsible for an item being sent to the wrong address if you have entered it incorrectly.
